ucs-test-cloud muß so erweitert werden, das Instanzen spätestens nach ½ Tag zwangsbeendet und aufgeräumt werden.
Bei Ausbleiben der Email mit den Testresultaten sollte dann der Test auch als Fehler gewertet werden.

ucs-test-cloud is no longer used.
