Beim apt-get update werden momentan noch die Übersetzungen gezogen

Das kann man mit 

   Acquire::Languages "none";
 
in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99conf verhindern. Das sollte in UCS zumindest konfigurierbar sein, da das apt-get update dadurch spürbar schneller wird.
