Proxy-Kapitel auf nötige Anpassungen prüfen

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #13674 +++

Viren werden von Dansguardian als Squid-Schnittsstelle nur dann erkannt, wenn
squid/contentscan=yes gesetzt ist. In der Standard-Einstellung werden die
Eicar-Testviren zwar als SCANNED in der Logdatei aufgeführt, aber nicht
zurückgewiesen.

(Mit squid/contentscan=yes wird allerdings in der Standardeinstellung auch
gleich eine Reihe von potentiell gefährlichen Dateiendungen geblockt, e.g.
".com". Wenn man testen möchte, ob eicar.com als Virus wirklich getriggert
wird, muss die /etc/dansguardian/bannedextensions editieren).

Die Konfiguration müsste ohnehin mal gründlich geprüft werden, aber da fällt ja
durch das MSP-Projekt möglicherweise etwas passendes ab. Als Ad-Hoc-Fix sollten
wir ersteinmal contentscan aktivieren.

Die Grundeinstellung was von Dansguardian geprüft wird hat sich geändert und wurde in Revision 15328 dokumentiert.
