Derzeit werden Anführungszeichen in Tracebacks durch "&quot;" ersetzt. In
pre-Tags ist das wohl nicht notwendig.

Nein, Das ist bei jedem Tag notwendig. Das Problem war nur, dass dies 2 mal gemacht wurde.

Alles korrekt, sieht jetzt besser aus. Es ist erschreckend, wie kurz ich gebraucht habe, um einen Traceback zu bekommen.

Nur Changelog nicht vorhanden. Es gibt dafür so einen Sammelpunkt.

Der wird eh nicht benötigt, da Bug erst ab 3.1 vorhanden war.
