+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #29808 +++

Für die Installation von Apps im App-Center ist es in einigen Fällen notwendig,
dass Apache während der Installation neugestartet werden kann. Dazu kann in
univention-updater das Skript disable-apache2-umc angepasst werden, bspw. mit
einer Zusatzoption, damit der Neustart von Apache nicht verhindert wird. Für
das App-Center sollte diese Option dann standardmäßig genutzt werden. Ggf. sind
dazu auch Anpassungen im Package-Manager notwendig (es sei denn, das App-Center
verändert die Modul-Variable CMD_DISABLE_EXEC).
