UMC is throwing an error message if the selected UCC image was deleted prior to the clients deletion:

Seems like this does not occur anymore.

Confirmed; when removing the UCC image registration in the UMC, the reference to the UCC client is removed as well. As such, the later removal of the UCC client is successful as well.
