The App-Center cannot be opened in the iPad directly after login. It takes a few seconds (10s-20s) until a click on the icon would open the module.

wrong... maybe there is a connection to Bug 30625?

This problem could also be reproduced with 3.1-0 packages (UMC and App-Center).

Could be fixed through the update of depending JavaScript packages together with Bug 30625.
