Description Moritz Muehlenhoff univentionstaff 2013-03-04 14:56:55 CET
The configuration of the mail relay should be common for smaller installations.
Right now the configuration of the credentials used for authentication of the mail relay requires editing the file /etc/postfix/smtp_auth, so it cannot be done in the web-based configuration tools.

It would be useful to have a small wizard to configure the basic mail server properties:

- Whether a mail relay should be used
- Mail relay credentials if a mail relay is used

(Historically there was a mail server wizard in past releases of UCS, but it only configured a few UCR variables)

It may be possible to implement this as an App Setting.
