umc.widgets.Tree registers all event handlers again when doing .reload().

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #29210 +++

 * [UDM] Der LDAP-Baum (einstmals Navigation) kann nicht mehr eingeklappt
werden. Ein Klick auf "-" klappt den Zweig erneut aus.

There is also an issue which causes the following error which occurs saving an object in the udm ldap directory module:
"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'rowNode' of null "

We will not ship a UCS 3.1-2 release; the next UCS release will be UCS 3.2.

As such, this bug is moved to the new target milestone.
