LXDE shows the task bar in dual screen mode on both monitors, usually the task bar is only on the primary display.

If the displays have a different resolution, the part of the task bar on the display with the smaller vertical resolution isn't available -- if the left one is smaller, the user can't access the application menu.

Workaround: right-click on the task-bar on the right monitor offers a settings-menu where the task bar can be moved i.e. to the left border.
