Already reported for UCS < 3.1-1 in the forums (<http://forum.univention.de/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2485>), still reproduceable with UCS 3.1-1:

I was trying to remove the second configured IP network device (eth1) via UMC "Basic settings".

* Click on "delete" (or right click -> delete)
* Interface is removed from the grid
* "Please confirm the removal of the 1 selected interfaces!" -> "Delete"
  Now the warning message is shown above the grid.
* Click "Apply changes"
* "The following changes will be applied to the system:" ... only lists the remaining interface -> "Apply changes"
* Progress bar is shown
* Login screen is shown
* Login
* Progress bar is show (99%)
* Progress bar disappears, Popup "The changes have been applied successfully."
* Interface is re-added to the grid

No actual change was made.
