During an in-place migration of samba3 to samba4 the actualise.log shows the error message:

/usr/share/univention-samba4/scripts/setup-s4.sh: line 265: extract_binddn_and_bindpwd_from_args: command not found

Yet, the following ldapmodifies work, god knows why. I guess we should add the line 

. /usr/share/univention-samba4/lib/all.sh

at the top of the script to include the definition of that function.

We will not ship a UCS 3.1-2 release; the next UCS release will be UCS 3.2.

As such, this bug is moved to the new target milestone.
