schoolinstaller does not recognize errors

The error handling within the thread was not correct as it did not propagate the error to the progress handler. ucs-school-umc-installer (1.0.3-1) unstable; urgency=low . * Bug #31128: display errors correctly that occur within the thread function

Due to wrong version numbers in the changelog, the latest changes have not been built and are thus not included in the package → REOPEN
The changelog numbers have been corrected, the package has been rebuilt.
The error is catched and displayed.
