maybe we could add the umc operation set schoolexam-all to the ucsschool-umc-teachers-default policy?

The following UMC ACLs commands have been added to the join script 
35ucs-school-umc-exam.inst:

umc_policy_append "ucsschool-umc-admins-default" "schoolexam-all"
umc_policy_append "ucsschool-umc-teachers-default" "schoolexam-all"

QA: Please note that the JS version has not been increased!
