I have a ucs@school R1 slave with univention-samba (samba3). If i update to ucs@school R2, apt-get removes the following packages:

libnss-winbind libpam-winbind samba smbclient univention-samba univention-samba-slave-pdc winbind

ucs-school-umc-exam (new with R2) conflicts with univention-samba and ucs-school-umc-computerroom (installed with R1) has a dependency to ucs-school-umc-exam.

I think the dependency to ucs-school-umc-exam in umc-computerroom has to be removed.

ucs-school-umc-computerroom (3.0.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

The hard dependency to ucs-schoom-umc-exam has been changed into a "recommends" dependency. Changelogentry not necessary → intermediate version.

Update on Slave failed. univention-samba-slave-pdc & dependencies got removed.

ucs-school-umc-computerroom recommends ucs-school-umc-exam; 
ucs-school-umc-exam conflicts with univention-samba

Looks like apt-get considers ucs-school-umc-exam as more important than univention-samba, so the conflict has been removed.
