Univention Bugzilla – Bug 32023
UMC overview: add context menu for adding/removing favorites
Last modified: 2013-11-19 06:42:20 CET
For better usability, we need a context menu in the UMC overview site for adding/removing favorites. (Additional actions could also be added in the future.) It would be nice to open the menu with a long click on tablet devices.
The favorites can now be added/removed via context menus. On touch devices, the context menu is shown after holding the touch for 1 sec. univention-management-console-frontend (3.0.34-1) unstable; urgency=low . * Bug #32023: adjusted .po files
A icon should be added on hover that makes it understandable that a context action is possible. The context menu should close before opening a module.

Good hints! Both points have been addressed. univention-management-console-frontend (3.0.37-1) unstable; urgency=low . * Bug #32023: added icon for opening context menu via left click

See Bug 30640, please check with the native Android browser. > Is it OK that the context menu keeps being at the same position when > scrolling? > Otherwise it could move along or be closed then. I implemented an event handler such that it should be closed upon scrolling.
fixed. univention-management-console-frontend (3.0.38-1) unstable; urgency=low . * Bug #32023: fixed behaviour for context menus on touch devices
Note for QA: please check on all browsers (IE8-10, FF, Chromium) + touch devices (Android, iPad).
What about an item "Open"? In UDM a right click allows "Edit"
Is it possible to keep the hover effect of the module while actually hovering over the menu?
