Further updates to 3.10 kernel

The current kernel in UCS 3.2 is Linux 3.10-rc7. Before the final release we need to update to the latest 3.10.x long term kernel release. In addition the following DKMS packages should be updated to include kernel modules compatible with Linux 3.10: open-vm-dkms iscsitarget-dkms openswan-modules-dkms Also, firmware-nonfree should be updated to version 0.40.
openafs-modules-dkms needs to be fixed as well; currently the binary package doesn't contain all DEBs.
The kernel has been updated to 3.10.11. During that the patches 28-use-gcc-4.4.patch and 34-use-gcc-4.4.patch were merged and updated to the new package. Likewise for 32-fix-python-dep-and-drop-kernelwedge.patch and 36-fix-python-dep-and-drop-kernelwedge.patch
3.10.11 reintroduced the realtime flavour. I disabled it again, as we did for the 3.2 kernel in UCS 3.1
open-vm-tools and iscsitarget were updated to be compatible with Linux 3.10. For openswan no upstream fix is available, but the additional module is only used for an older legacy mode and we can ignore it (the standard in-kernel ipsec works otherwise) The stable point updates up to 3.10.15 were integrated.
The kernel packages have been updated to 3.10.15. The meta packages were updated. Tests on i386 and amd64 (in KVM) and on hardware (amd64) were successful.
