If the config wizard for ucs@school is finished at a school slave, it shows the available umc modules for administrating the domain.
1. add classes
2. add users
3. teacher/class assignment
4. working groups

As options 1 and 2 are not available at a school slave (this has to be done at the master) clicking to the links does nothing.

It would be better to:
1. either hide these links at the finished wizard on a school slave
2. or show a hint ("Use the Master, Luke...")
