Description Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2013-08-28 16:12:37 CEST
A support cleanup tool for de-installed Apps might be useful to remove the UDM Hooks, UDM Schema and UDM Modules registered by the App in case the App has been de-installed in the entire domain but (for some reason) some of these objects are left behind by the unjoin-scripts of the App.
Comment 1 Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2013-08-28 16:56:19 CEST
* The tool should be interactive.
* Maybe it could also show leftover LDAP objects and prompt for their removal.
* In case all LDAP objectClasses defined by an orphaned univentionUDMSchema have been removed in the entire UCS domain, the ucs_unregisterLDAPSchema and ucs_unregisterLDAPACL functions may be called.

Still kind of valid, although I think the best way to do this is during the actual uninstallation (unjoin). Crucial parts that are not done automatically should go into some kind of README_UNINSTALL.

Feel free to reopen.
