If the Thin Client is configured to a german local (ucr locale/default) the browser still defaults to english. The Citrix Webinterface detects that and shows english content instead of the wanted german translation.

I just noticed a similar behaviour at Ticket#2013082321002556:

When Firefox is started for the first time (and thus creates a new profile) the wrong locale is used. At the mentioned ticket this could be observed when calling the UCC Master servers overview site (http://ucs.master.local): The overview returned by the webserver is in english, although the UCC client Session is german and german is the default and preferred language in Firefox' settings.

Closing and reopening Firefox without any adjustments fixes the problem. Other Browsers (tested with Rekonq and Chromium) did not exhibit this behaviour.

As a thinclient citrix session uses a autologin-guestsession which is created on each reboot, this is probably the same issue.
