EA improvements

1. Add long description to all UDM extended attribute properties.
2. Rework the short description to be easier understandable.
3. Update translation for German.
4. Reorder the layout to better group related properties, move required properties to the top, use single column for check-boxes because of broken UMC two-column layout, ...
