Screenshot IE within Windows 2008 R2 with javascript-error-page

I connected to UMC with IE on Windows 2008 R2 in default settings, which means that Javascript was disabled.

The error message page that appears is broken (see attached screenshot), i.e.:
- the Univention-Logo is missing
- the "!" at the beginning of the lines look to me like a broken listing

The layout is fine, probably a caching problem in IE. However, the UMC logo is missing and there is nothing being displayed on the UCS start site.
