66univention-appcenter_app.acl should not allow arbitrary object to be created below cn=apps,cn=univention and it should not use a dn.regex where a dn.exact would be enough.

Only the second hunk in UCS is missing. In UCS@school 4.1R2 both adjustments are already integrated.
