When switching to a different language in the ucs-overview, all parameters that are currently passed in the url are discarded. For example:
1) Load /ucs-overview
2) switch to the service tab (url: /ucs-overview/?lang=de#service)
3) change the language. Only the parameter lang=xx is set.

Expected behavior:
All parameters in the query string should be carried over and the lang= parameter should be updated

The anchor part of a query can not be preserved when changing the language, as it can not be read when building the language switcher dropdown.

Other query parameters will be preserved (e.g. "?foo=bar&lang=en-US")
