When opening the user wizard a second time, the dialogue is positioned incorrectly on the screen.

In fact, when opening the wizard, the standby animation pops up shortly (also in other browsers) and the wizard dialogue seems to be repositioned.

Similar problem on iPad. Maybe the resize is done before re-positioning?
