See attached screenshot: The buttons are moved into the next line.

The exam specific buttons should be placed above the other buttons.

The exam buttons are now on top of the other computerroom actions.

Also fixed:
* the "watch" button is now styled as button (makes Bug #33403 invalid)
* the exam button icons have been reimplemented
