Description Alexander Kläser univentionstaff 2013-11-15 15:09:12 CET
In Bug 33389, the notification has been removed. A proper check would be nice, i.e.:

system not joined AND server role is DC Master
→ notification to use the appliance setup
otherwise
→ notification to use the domain join module

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #33389 +++

This is the case when root is logged into an unjoined UMC. It is somewhat irritating as the user is about to join with the appliance wizard.

- system not joined AND server role is DC Master
+ system not joined AND server role is DC Master AND NOT module=setup in query string

Now it is possible to choose not to join a system during the appliance wizard. Afterwards the user has no chance to see that the system is not joined.

In UCS 4.0, the check will be ignored when overview=false is set. So it should not be a problem to re-activate the check.
