Yes, they do not disappear as this is a warning (only notifications do disappear after 5 seconds).

Easy fix:
 "This warning is shown only once"
->
 "This warning is shown only twice"

Had to fix it correctly, there was another bug:

If fqdn was set to "master.of.domain" and then changed back to just "master" the warning did not appear as the watch handler was already removed during the first check.

Fixed in
  univention-system-setup 7.0.66-4.553.201312041624

OK warning is only shown once.
