correct is:

"You will have to guess when the system is running again and then press F5"

By fixing Bug 33443, the behaviour should be corrected, or am I wrong?

Unfortunately, you are. Or at least I do not see any further actions taken than tools.umcpCommand('updater/installer/reboot') and then showing this message.

For the upgrade to UCS 3.2 Bug #33426 should attenuate this behavior. For further upgrades Bug #33443 should handle this.
