The installation of an UCS 3.2-1 master fails sometimes. The message at the end of the installation is that the system does not have joined.

It does not happen every time. 

At the time the check-join-status is called in 89_tests.sh the listener restarts the LDAP server.

The test routine now checks up to 60 seconds for a successful join.
