univention-ucc-italc from fails to build with Kubuntu 14.04.

A preliminaty patch has been commited but this needs further work. Trusty provides italc 2.0.1, maybe that's an alternative.

I added a patch to compile with GCC 4.8 and the installation paths for the library needed to be updated for multiarch.
