20_update_mtime.patch

To fix Bug 33751 we may patch samba to update the mtime of directories under the sysvol share when facls/ntacls/ownership is modified.

The attached patch implements a new smb.conf share parameter
  acl xattr update mtime = yes
with default false.

OK - (only) if "acl xattr update mtime = yes" samba updates the mtime if
     acl's or ownership is changed on a share
