diff of pam.d/lightdm kubuntu->ucc

While comparing the pam configuration differences between ucc and kubuntu were found. We should check if the differences in the pam config have implications for lightdm functionality and adopt the changes to UCC.

pam_kwallet has been added to the PAM configuration of lightdm.

For the QA please check the following on a UCC desktop image:

- The entry is present in the PAM configuration
- Whether kwallet can be opened w/o additional password entry after login

Removed pam_kwallet from lightdm pam, as this breaks pam_mkhomedir, see Bug #34790
