rebuild php5 for ucs3.2-3

repo_get_version.py, triggerlist, changelog, i386- and amd64.iso everything went fine, but i couldn't find the package on the test-systems. checked it for testing.software-univention.de

also tried apt-cache policy with r*/o*/unmaintained='yes' but only found some older-versions for diffrent scopes

Packages are now available after recreation of the ucs3.2-3 scope. Please verify this.

Back to resolved: the issue was that the amd64 build simply was not finished when the mirror was synced.
