Replace debian branding

The following patches have been added: patches/rootskel-gtk/4.0-0-0-ucs/1.27/001_replace_banner_and_gtk_theme.patch patches/debian-installer/4.0-0-0- ucs/20130613+deb7u2/003_replace_boot_logo.patch Both patches contain only the new svg files. The png files will be created automatically during build. rootskel-gtk has been rebuilt for i386 and amd64. The d-i and the DVD have been rebuilt. ucs_4.0-0-20140716-110140-dvd-amd64.iso
The boot menu background is a little bit "intensive". Maybe we could adjust the boot menu background to the later d-i installer layout: - red UCS banner at the top - the rest with grey background - ?black? text color
The boot menu has been adapted. Can you please have a look at it again? I was not able to change the shadow colors, so it doesn't look like the screenshot but similar.
