Univention Bugzilla – Bug 35457
Browser asks for saving password for "X "
Last modified: 2019-03-10 16:17:50 CET
When filling out PasswordInput widgets, Firefox asks me whether I want to store that password for user "X " (which of course I never specified somewhere). Happens since FF 30 or so. E.g. when creating a user.
I guess that this is rather a bug with FF. For a dynamically generated field, browsers usually do store passwords due to security reasons.

Hm... maybe due to newer browsers ignoring the autocomplete=off attribute? > http://stackoverflow.com/a/21348793/3116268
