Empty UMC overview page

Possible duplicate of Bug #32607:

When regular user has access to one module - this module is not shown in UMC overview.
For instance: user has access to 'udm-self' (for changing password) module -> it will be opened by default on user login to UMC -> but if 'cancel' button is pressed - an overview page will be opened without any modules on it. In that case to get back to 'Change password' module one should log out and log in again.

Good catch, I did not think about this :) . Not all modules have a "cancel" button, though. As the overview page is hidden, it would be logical to reopen the same module again.

I added a method closeModule() to the abstract base class _ModuleMixin which only closes the module if it is closable.

Is this with UCS 4.0 still the case?

I think with UCS 4.0 it works good, 'password change' section is not close-able now, but I have not checked any other cases (any other possible?)

This issue has been filed against UCS 3. UCS 3 is out of the normal maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in UCS 4.

If this issue is still valid, please change the version to a newer UCS version otherwise this issue will be automatically closed in the next weeks.
Comment 5 Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2017-08-08 07:11:08 CEST
This issue has been filed against UCS 3.2.

UCS 3.2 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen this issue. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
