The Windows NT DC functionality should be deprecated with UCS 4.0 and it should not be possible to install a Samba 3 NT PDC / BDC via App Center.

It should still be possible to install the NT DC packages via CLI and a upgrade should also be possible. The functionality itself could be removed with UCS 4.x or UCS 5.

We should add a hint to the release notes.

The NT DC part of the documentation should be moved to a separate documentation.

I adjusted the release notes. Splitting the NT parts from the manual requires a bit more care. Moving bug to "UCS Manual"

The UCS manual stuff can be done through Bug #36064. Can you than close this bug?
