translog overlay not loaded on UCS 4.0-0 alpha master

ldap/translogfile is not set in my current ucs 4.0-0 alpha master installation, so the translog overlay module is not loaded and not actions are recorded and communicated to notifier&listener. Looks like server/role is not set to domaincontroller_master yet when univention-ldap-server.postinst is run.

Maybe univention-server-master could simply set the UCR variable?
The UCS 3 installer set the variable before installing a package, see scripts/28_postconfigure_config_registry.sh I think we can set the variable in setup-join.sh.
