With 1/10/25/100 GBit Ethernet the MTU should to be increased from standard 1500 to 9000 (or other values depending on the exact network equipment) to enable Jumbo Frames.
This should be configurable via UCRV 'interfaces/$IFACE/mtu, interfaces/$IFACE/ipv6/$ID/mtu' (and UMC-System Setup).
