Currently starting firefox takes some time on slow systems. During that time, debconf still shows the last template (GRUB install template). After USS has completed and firefox is shut down, the GRUB debconf template is still shown for a few seconds until the debconf cleanup task starts.

Before starting firefox, a new debconf template should be shown.
After shutdown of USS, another template should be set, giving some hints what is going on now.

Before USS is started the debconf page shows the headline "Debian installer main menu". After USS is finished the same headline is shown. This should be changed.

Please also change the text from "Generating UCR configuration files" to "Generating configuration files".
