Create update iso files

The build dvd process should also output an update iso.

I can not find the update dvd.

The DVD nas not yet generated, because any update path from UCS-3.2-3 to UCS-4.0-0 needs to go via the yet unreleased UCS-3.2-4. As such building an update DVD now not appropriate. r55404 | Bug #35927 CD: Add build-cd-ucs4.0-0 for update DVD Nevertheless I've added a build-cd-ucs4.0-0 script which also create the update DVD. It internally calles build-cd-ucs4, so it's a good idea to at least pass '--keep-installer' to it. People not needing the update DVD still can still call old script directly. To only build the update DVD use something like this: LAST_TIMESTAMP=LATEST build-cd-ucs4.0-0 -A i386 --keep-installer --no-dvd-build --no-content-list-update

OK UCS master, slave, backup, member local repo on master repo-update net from 3.0 to 3.2-3 repo-update cdrom from 3.2-4 to 4.0-0 update of all systems to 4.0 worked
