Apps with description over 60 characters

The description for Apps in the .ini file is limited to 60 characters. A lot of Apps don't honor this, see attachment for complete list.

Either the limit should be removed, extended, or the .ini file need fixing.


PS: ~phahn/bin/applint is a lint-script to checking the .ini files issues.

Test case has been added, thus next app update will be rejected if the text is too long.

I've talked to several ISVs and made alternative suggestions for the descriptions. Some descriptions have been changed others are hanging in the App Center queue.
