Adjust styling of view for browsers with disabled JavaScript

At the moment, UMC looks somewhat akward when JavaScript is disabled. An additional message should also been shown for IE browsers, as JavaScript might be disabled due to security settings. This has already been implemented in the UCS startsite and can be integrated in the same manner into UMC.
