I see 2 possibilities:
* fix the height of the network grid to, e.g., 200px
* put the global network settings above the network interfaces grid

Another possibility: display both as tabs

As Florian suggested with his patch, I added a class to set the  max-height
for the grid. Checked it on my vm.
