If I suspend an OpenStack instance, it took some time until the instance state has been changed in the grid. The UMC module should wait for the instance switch and show the new status.

As discussed with Alex and Erik: waiting for a changed state should be changed from polling N small parallel requests per second into polling for 1 big request of all instances together.
