I was unable to build the Debian 7.7 version of chromium-browser on amd64:

chrome/browser/search_engines/template_url_prepopulate_data.cc:22:60: fatal error: components/search_engines/prepopulated_engines.h: No such file or directory

UCS 4.0 is out-of-maintenance.
