After the update to 4.0 my master complained about missing join scripts.

-> univention-check-join-status

Error: Not all install files configured: 4 missing

We should add a univention-run-join-scripts to the postup for master/backup.

postup.sh now calls univention-run-joinscripts on a DC Master. On DC backups this is not feasable currently wihtout generally asking for a password un update.
