See error description below. Probably a better way would be to show a ?-icon that displays a tooltip when clicking upon it. Currently the handling of tooltips for form fields in general could be improved. Similar problems as described below may occur at different places.

I think the tooltip saying 'Manage samba privileges' in Users -> Account -> Windows should also be removed (or repositioned) since it overlaps the dropdown (see attached screenshot).

See also Bug 36771, in some situations the tooltips are really annoying as they block access to buttons etc.
