Description Dirk Wiesenthal univentionstaff 2014-11-06 21:49:10 CET
Found while running automated tests:

Create a Container with cn=üoläĵẑ**€ŝ

Try to rename: LDAP Error: Bad search filter

Same problem with moving the container. At least deleting it is possible.

Did not check which character is responsible for that (probably *, maybe only when used as **?)
Comment 1 Philipp Hahn univentionstaff 2016-06-30 12:37:50 CEST
# udm container/cn create --set name='üoläĵẑ**€ŝ'
Object created: cn=üoläĵẑ**€ŝ,dc=phahn,dc=qa

Probably duplicate of Bug #40129 and fixed for UCS-4.1-2e
